You may feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating—whether that’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, communication that turns into conflict, or feeling disconnected in your relationships. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, understand what’s really going on underneath, and begin making meaningful changes that actually last. I work with older teens 16yo+, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, relationship concerns, premarital and couples counseling, individuals in controlling relationships, low self-confidence, trauma-and-stressor-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t created the change they’re looking for. Together, we focus on both understanding why patterns exist and building practical tools to shift them.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I integrate evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and IFS-informed work, along with strategies for communication, emotional regulation, and improving relationship dynamics. I also incorporate personality patterns and relational dynamics to help you better understand yourself and others. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to help you feel more clear, more connected, and more equipped to move forward in your life and relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina, a South Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). In person sessions, virtual sessions/telehealth for SC clients, retreats, psychoeducation, and workshops facilitation. For those who desire it, I can thoughtfully integrate faith and spiritual perspectives into the work. For those seeking self-care rooted in meaningful, reflective spiritual principles, “Royally Relaxing” is an experiential self-care workshop designed to help women step away from the stress of daily life and into a place of deep calm, renewal, and inner peace. Additionally, I am a Certified Life Coach, a volunteer Crisis-Trained Chaplain, and a professional artist. Looking forward to connecting with you.
